About SkillVault AI
SkillVault AI is the simplest way for small and mid-sized organizations to know who can do what, what's expiring, and where the gaps are — without a six-month HR-tech rollout or a spreadsheet that nobody trusts.
Why we built it
SkillVault AI is a product of CM Tech Software — a veteran-owned consulting and software practice in Reno-Sparks, Nevada. We built SkillVault for the same operations leaders and SMB owners we work with day to day: dental offices, clinics, manufacturers, contractors, and professional-services firms where a single lapsed certification can mean a failed audit, a paused job, or a fine.
Most of these teams were tracking critical compliance data in a spreadsheet, a shared calendar, and someone's memory. When that person is on vacation — or leaves — the knowledge leaves with them. SkillVault puts skills, certifications, training, and renewal reminders in one place that the whole team can rely on.
